Orders placed business days before 1pm EST are shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, on holidays or weekends are shipped the next business day. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number from our shipper Canpar. You will need this number to track your package
How to track your package:

- Enter your tracking # provided by Canpar (starts with a U, D or S)
- If requested enter shipper # 42904680
- Please remember that Canpar updates their tracking information each day after midnight. eg. You ordered a basket February 2nd to be delivered February 3rd in Toronto. Even though your basket may be delivered, you will have to wait until the morning of February 4th to verify what time it was delivered and who signed for it.
